Audio Manager

The Audio Manager allows complete control over the audio files used in your services. You can create, upload or update your audio files from this simple interface. The new Audio Manager integrates directly into the Mini Management Tool. All features described below are available at glance through the Audio Tab for each service.

To access the Audio Manager, click on the gear icon to access the Settings menu, then click Audio Manager.


This screen provides access to:
  1. Created new audio, either through uploads or through a text to speech conversion.
  2. Edit existing audio, updating the audio content.
  3. View configuration using the audio.
  4. Delete audio that is no longer in use.

Adding or Editing Audio files

Clicking on the Create New Customised Audio option or the Edit icon will present the audio details dialog.


On this screen:
  1. Enter or edit the Name and Description for the audio, which will be referenced in the tracking number setup
  2. Select the Audio Type, either Generate an audio file using text to speech or Upload an audio file
  3. If Generate an audio file using text to speech is selected, choose the Voice Gender and type in a Message
  4. If Upload an audio file is selected, click Choose file and upload a recording file in a WAV or MP3 file format
Click Save once changes have been completed. The file is then ready for use in the Tracking Numbers tool.

Deleting Audio Files

Audio manager entries that are not in use can be deleted. Click on the Bin icon on next to the entry you want to delete, then confirm the deletion with the Yes, Delete option on the dialog box shown. Click No to cancel the deletion process.

Audio manager entries that are is use cannot be deleted. The reference to these audio files need to be removed from all numbers before the entry can be deleted.

Viewing Usage Details

Usage details of an audio file can be viewed by clicking on the Eye icon next to the audio file entry. Clicking this icon shows a dialog box that lists each number that makes use of the audio record, making finding the associated tracking numbers easier.
