you configure an integration account, you can edit, pause it or delete it. By
doing so, all associated numbers will be updated as well.
A note about Google Analytics 4
The following are parameters available to Google Analytics 4 integration.
Other integrations will have different data sets that depend on the type of data we are allowed to send with each event.
For example in Universal Analytics and Google Analytics 4, sending the caller number of each call would violate their security and privacy policies.

Call Date and Time
Tracking Number - Ad Source
Friendly name associated with the Tracking Number
Number the call was diverted to.
Friendly name associated with the Answer Point as configured.
Call duration in seconds
Call status, answered, abandoned, missed, etc.
Recording or Voicemail, only reports if they are present, does not provide the audio url.
Yes or No, Yes if the call was handled by the ARTIC Call Queueing system.

Step 2: Configuring Numbers for an Integration
This section will guide you through setting up your numbers for reporting with the newly created Integration Account.
Navigate to the Number Configuration view by clicking on the "Number Configuration" submenu under the "Integrations" menu.

Use the search bar and tick the check box to select the numbers you want to perform a bulk operation.
Other bulk operations you can perform include:

- Deleting integration configurations.
2. Click on the desired integration button
All integrations are designed to offer a familiar interface and they all provide the same functionalities.
Select the Account you want to use for the integration. We have chosen the account "default" in our example.
If none of the accounts listed is the one you need, you can create a new account by selecting "Create New Account" in the Account drop down.
Click the "Update and Continue" button to save the changes to the services. The integration is now configured.
You can make some test calls or wait for calls to land on your numbers. Call events will be sent to the reporting platform automatically.
Step 3: Verifying Your Integration Configurations

- Verify the Account is ACTIVE.
- Validate the Integration Account Options.
