Dynamic Number Insertion - Troubleshooting - Clear Browser Cookies

This article shows you how to clear your cookies within the your web browser to assist with testing your Dynamic Code. See the Dynamic Number Insertion - Troubleshooting (Basic) article for the full guide.

While testing Dynamic Number, the use of Private/Incognito browser sessions is recommend, which ensures no further cookies are created. This can be opened by pressing Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + N on your keyboard when in Chrome or Edge, or Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + P in Firefox.

In Google Chrome

WINDOWS - Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete on your keyboard
MAC - Press Shift + Command + Delete on your keyboard

When the popup appears ensure:
  1.  The time range is set to "All time".
  2. "Browsing History" is checked. 
  3. "Cookies and other site data" is checked.
  4. Once the above 3 steps are complete, click the "Clear data" button.


In Microsoft Edge

WINDOWS - Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete on your keyboard
MAC - Press Shift + Command + Delete on your keyboard

When the popup appears ensure:
  1.  The time range is set to "All time".
  2. "Browsing History" is checked. 
  3. "Cookies and other site data" is checked.
  4. Once the above 3 steps are complete, click the "Clear now" button.

In Mozilla Firefox

MAC - Press Shift + Command + Delete on your keyboard

  3. "Cookies" is checked.
