Mini Management Tool updates - August 2023

As part of our continuous platform improvements, an update to the Mini Management Tool has been released.

Customer Portal Changes

Updated Features

The Tracking Numbers feature has been updated to allow management of templates used for missed call notifications, along with the additional of an SMS tab to control SMS forwarding options for virtual mobile numbers.

Missed Call Notification Templates

If additional missed call notification templates have been created in the client account, the Email Template field now allows the selection of the custom template for the notification emails. 


SMS Forwarding options

An additional tab for adding or editing Tracking Numbers allows the SMS Forwarding options to be set for the number. The tab only showing when the number type is set to Mobile.



SMSes can be forwarded to a mobile phone number or an email recipient, or both. Templates used for the email forwarding can also be set.
