Mini Management Tool updates - July 2023
As part of our continuous platform improvements, a significant update to the Mini Management Tool has been released.
Customer Portal Changes
New Features
A new Audio Manager section has been added on the Customer Portal.

Updated Features
The Tracking Numbers feature has been updated to allow more complete management of the phone number settings. Features include:
- Call Handling and Recording ' including the answer point name & destination, and recording settings
- Email option for call notifications
- Audio can be customised for call prompts, whispers, on hold and voicemail
- Labels and custom values can be added

Legacy Portal Changes
As with some previous feature updates, changes necessitate the use of the feature within the Customer Portal and the Legacy Portal. The Tracking Number page on the Legacy Portal will now redirect users to manage the feature via the Customer Portal.
